Returns & Refund Policy
Due to CONVID-19 we are experiencing significant delays in deliveries from stock we have in our Shanghai warehouse - This is a number of items, except Australia Stock Collection, which stock is held in Australia.
If your item does not arrive in within 60 days from the shipping date, we will resend your order.
If your order is received defective, we will send another item. Photo proof is required. Faulty or damaged claims must be lodged within 5 days of the delivery date. Please inspect closely your item upon receiving it. We will organise a new one for you once we are notified.
If an item is returned with an insufficient address, another shipping fee will be incurred.
If you receive the wrong item (Unless agreed on a swap via email prior to shipping), we will send you out the correct item! (We may ask for you to return the item at our cost).
If you wish to return your burner and receive a REFUND, we will require the product back to us at your cost and we will deduct 10% re-stocking fee and the freight cost we charged to post it to you (orders above $100 will also incur in $8.95 freight cost being discounted) .
For example: Order total $50 - 10% re-stocking fee $5 = $45 - Shipping $8.95 = $36.05 Total Refund
If you choose to have STORE CREDIT, we will only deduct $8.95 of freight cost (We won't charge re-stocking fee). The remainder amount will be given as store credit which will be valid for 6 months from the code issue date.

Order Cancellations. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process, we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge.
Should you wish to cancel your order, this must be done within 12 hours of placing the order to receive a refund. Unfortunately, after this, we cannot cancel the order. Cancelled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and other applicable fees.
